License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”, “Customer”, “You”)
and Insight Image SRL (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and governs your use of any
digital products, templates, tools, files, graphics, training materials, scripts, or other downloadable
content purchased or accessed through our website or WooCommerce store (collectively, the “Licensed Material”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Licensed Material, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Licensed Material.

2. Grant of License

Upon purchase, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable,
revocable license to use the Licensed Material for your personal or business use, subject to this Agreement.

This license allows you to:

  • Download and store the Licensed Material on your devices
  • Use the Licensed Material for your own business, brand, or personal projects
  • Modify or adapt the Licensed Material for internal use

3. Restrictions

You are NOT allowed to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Licensed Material to third parties
  • Share download links, files, or content with others
  • Upload the Licensed Material to any public repository or marketplace
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the Licensed Material
  • Use the Licensed Material in illegal or unethical activities
  • Allow others to access or copy the Licensed Material from shared devices

4. Commercial Use

Unless otherwise specified, the license includes permission to use the Licensed Material in commercial
projects for your own business.
However, you may NOT resell the Licensed Material as a standalone product or as part of a similar competing product.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Insight Image SRL retains full ownership and intellectual property rights to all Licensed Material.
You are only purchasing the rights to use the content—not ownership of the files.

6. License Duration

The license is granted as a lifetime license unless otherwise stated, unless terminated due to violation
of this Agreement.

The license automatically terminates if you:

  • Share the Licensed Material illegally
  • Attempt to resell or redistribute the content
  • Commit fraud or chargeback
  • Violate any part of this Agreement

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Licensed Material.

7. Updates and Revisions

We may update, modify, or discontinue Licensed Material at any time.
If you purchased a product, you may receive updates free of charge unless otherwise stated.

8. No Warranty

The Licensed Material is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee:

  • Specific marketing or business results
  • Compatibility with all devices or software
  • Error-free performance

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insight Image SRL is not liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Data loss or system issues

Your use of the Licensed Material is at your own risk.

10. Refunds

Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded.

11. Third-Party Components

Some Licensed Material may incorporate third-party resources under separate license terms.
You agree to comply with all such terms where applicable.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union (EU).
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.

13. Amendments

We may update or modify this License Agreement at any time.
Continued use of the Licensed Material after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
